We're sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel your Second Nature account. Please see below for instructions on how to cancel - it varies depending on your subscription type.

NHS-referred members

  • Did you know that as a NHS-referred member you'll have lifetime access to the SN app once your programme has finished? So you can dip in and out of the programme in the future whenever you need a refresher!

  • However, if you'd still like to fully cancel your account please click the button "Talk to a person" so that our team can process this for you

Vitality members

  • Did you know that if you signed up to Second Nature via Vitality, you'll have lifetime access to the SN app once your programme has finished? So you can dip in and out of the programme in the future whenever you need a refresher!

Medication-supported members

  1. Open the Second Nature app

  2. Go to your Today page

  3. Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner

  4. Select Settings in the top right corner

  5. Choose Manage my subscription

  6. Scroll down and tap Change my subscription

  7. Follow the on-screen prompts to Cancel my subscription and confirm by selecting Cancel anyway

*It's important to inform your health coach before cancelling your membership. They can guide you through safely coming off your medication to avoid any potential side effects.

Non-medication-supported paying members

  1. Open the Second Nature app

  2. Go to your Today page

  3. Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner

  4. Select Settings in the top right corner

  5. Choose Manage my subscription

  6. Scroll down and tap Change my subscription

  7. Follow the on-screen prompts to Cancel my subscription and confirm by selecting Cancel anyway
