NHS-referred members
If you joined through the NHS, the programme is completely free
Did you know that as a NHS-referred member you'll have lifetime access to the SN app once your programme has finished? So you can dip in and out of the programme in the future whenever you need a refresher!
If you’d like to fully close your account (remove access altogether), please email support@secondnature.io and our team can process this for you
Vitality members (Non-Medication)
If you joined through Vitality, you’ll have paid a one-off fee
After your 12-month programme finishes, you’ll then have lifetime access to the app at no extra cost

Vitality medication-supported members
If you joined through Vitality but are on the medication-supported programme, you can cancel your subscription through the app:
Open the Second Nature app
Go to your Today page
Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner
Select Settings in the top right corner
Choose Manage my subscription
Scroll down and tap Change my subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to Cancel my subscription and confirm by selecting Cancel anyway
⚠️ Important: As you’ve signed up with the Vitality offer, please be aware that if you cancel now and wish to return in the future, you won’t be able to reinstate this account or offer. Instead, you’d need to sign up again with a new account, without the discount.
If you don’t see the cancellation option, please email support@secondnature.io, and we’ll cancel your subscription for you.
Medication-supported members
To cancel your subscription:
Open the Second Nature app
Go to your Today page
Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner
Select Settings in the top right corner
Choose Manage my subscription
Scroll down and tap Change my subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to Cancel my subscription and confirm by selecting Cancel anyway
*It's important to inform your health coach before cancelling your membership. They can guide you through safely coming off your medication to avoid any potential side effects.
Non-medication-supported paying members
If you signed up independently as a paying member (not through the NHS or Vitality) follow these steps to cancel:
Open the Second Nature app
Go to your Today page
Tap the Profile icon in the top right corner
Select Settings in the top right corner
Choose Manage my subscription
Scroll down and tap Change my subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to Cancel my subscription and confirm by selecting Cancel anyway
If the option doesn’t appear, please email support@secondnature.io, and we’ll make sure your subscription is cancelled.
