On the NoTech package, you'll automatically be able to enter your weight manually. If you've chosen the Tech package, you can ask our support team to enable this option for you.
To add your weight readings manually:
- Go to the 'Track' section of the app and stay on the 'Weight' page
- Under the graph, you will see the option to 'Add weight manually'
- Type in your weight
- If necessary, you can retrospectively add a weight reading by selecting 'Date'
- A calendar will pop up which allows you to select the chosen date
- Press 'OK'
- Select 'Add'
Note: The calendar view will look slightly different on iPhones
The new weight reading will now appear on your weight graph.
