What are the different clubs?
This is a place for general chatter and sharing. There aren’t really any rules for what you can and can’t post here - we just expect everyone to be kind, helpful and respectful of others. When you first join, it would be great if you could introduce yourself to the rest of the community.

Course clubs: Mindset, Meditation, Nutrition, Stress
When you start on a Sustain course, you’ll be added into the course club alongside others who are interested in this topic. Feel free to share your progress and ask questions about the course itself. This group will also have a health coach to support you throughout each course.
We have additional communities, which you can opt-in to join. Other than the Weekly challenges community, these will not be mentored by a Health Coach.

How do I post in the community?
To create a post, go to a club and click “Start a new conversation”. You can reply to other people’s posts by clicking “Comment” on the bottom right of a post.
How do I change my notifications for Sustain posts?
You can change your notification settings for each club you are in. When you go to a club, there is a ‘More’ button in the top right corner of the screen. From here, go to ‘Notification settings’ to customise what kind of notifications you’d like to receive for that club.
