You can charge your activity tracker by using any plug with a USB port, or the USB port on your laptop/computer.

The charging unit of the activity tracker is hidden in the wristband of the tracker.

If your activity tracker isn't charging, please try following these steps:

  1. Pull both ends of the tracker off to find the end with the two gold metal connecting strips.

2. Take the end with the gold metal connecting strips and insert it firmly into a working USB port. You might have to wait for 5-10 seconds. Please ensure the connecting strips are facing up and towards you as you insert them into the USB port.

3. When the tracker is successfully charging, a small battery icon will appear on the screen.

It should take 2-3 hours to fully charge the tracker, and we recommend that you charge it every 2-3 days.

* The activity tracker is no longer available as part of the Second Nature programme. For those who received an activity tracker in the past, this will continue to work as usual with your app.
