Enter your details - name, email address, home address

Tick the box for "My item does not exceed the maximum weight and size limit."

Choose whether to take the package to your nearest Post Office or have it collected from your home.

2. Enter your details - name, email address, home address
3. Tick the box for "My item does not exceed the maximum weight and size limit."
4. Select 'Create your label'
5. Choose whether to take the package to your nearest Post Office or have it collected from your home.

If you opt for the Post Office, you can either print the label at home or display the QR code (sent via email) at the Post Office for them to print it.

If you choose home collection, they can also provide a label if you don't have a printer.
