On your account, you will have the ability to add sleep data manually.

To add sleep data manually:
Select the 'Track' icon from the bottom toolbar in-app and ensure the 'Sleep' heading is highlighted
Under the graph, select the option to 'Add sleep manually'
Type in the amount of sleep you had
If necessary, you can retrospectively add a sleep reading by selecting the date
A date wheel will appear at the bottom of the screen. Scroll to set the date and press 'Confirm'
Select 'Add'
The new sleep reading will now appear on your steps graph on the 'Track' page.
