How to treat our Health Coaches, PWPs and support team

Written by Anastasia

Our Health Coaches, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) and customer support team are here to help you. Some of the conversations you’ll have with them will be personal, and that’s what makes the support work. But just like you, they deserve to feel safe and respected while they do their job.

Feedback is always welcome, including when something hasn’t worked for you. What we don’t accept is behaviour that crosses a line.

We have a zero tolerance approach to sexual harassment of our team. This includes:

  • comments of a sexual nature, or comments about someone’s body or appearance

  • sexual jokes, innuendo or suggestive messages

  • sending sexual or explicit images

  • asking someone out, or for their personal contact details or social media

  • persistent personal questions about their relationships or private life

  • any other unwanted behaviour of a sexual nature that makes someone feel uncomfortable, intimidated or degraded

This applies whatever the intent, even if it’s meant as a joke or a compliment, and whether it happens once or repeatedly.

Abusive, insulting, threatening or aggressive messages towards any member of our team aren’t acceptable either.

Anyone who breaks these rules may be discharged from the programme straight away.
