You can still enjoy all the meals on the Second Nature programme if you have a nut allergy.
We'd suggest removing the nuts from the recipes and instead replacing with the following options:
For baked goods where nut flour is used, replace with fine oats or blended rolled oats. 80g of oats is a substitute for 100g of ground almonds.
For recipes where nuts are added, replace with seeds.
For nut butters (e.g. peanut butter or almond butter), replace with seed butters (e.g. pumpkin seed butter).
