Managing your medication dose is straightforward, and the clinical team is always on hand to help you decide how you wish to continue. Here's how to make changes or flag any concerns.
Staying on Your Current Dose
If you're happy with your progress and would like to remain on your current dose, simply indicate this during your next check-in. You'll be asked about your dose preference - just select to stay on the same dose and the clinical team will review this.
Requesting a Dose Change
If you feel ready to increase your dose or would prefer to reduce your dose, you can request this directly within your check-in form. The clinical team will carefully review your request to ensure it's the right choice for you based on your progress and individual circumstances.
Not Sure What to Choose?
That's completely okay! If you're unsure or would like to talk things through, select 'other' in your check-in form and the clinical team will reach out to support you.
What Happens Next?
Once the clinical team has reviewed your check-in, they may follow up with you if they need any additional information. This ensures your medication plan remains safe and effective, and you have the chance to speak to your prescriber.
