It's completely normal to notice some liquid left in your pen after you've used all four prescribed doses. This can happen regardless of the dosage amount.
Mounjaro and Wegovy pens are manufactured with an extra mechanism to allow for priming the pen - this is not a fifth dose. In line with the drug licence and clinical guidance, we recommend taking only four doses per pen, as prescribed.
