We recommend you choose a natural Greek yoghurt.

When buying yoghurt, there are two main things to look out for:

  1. Check the ingredients list to make sure there's no added sugar
  2. If possible, select the live or bio option. These descriptions may be on the packaging or the product might specify live cultures in the ingredients list. Bio or live yoghurts have added probiotics (live cultures), which can help to keep your gut healthy.

We recommend you enjoy regular, full-fat yoghurt, as this will help you feel fuller for longer and you’ll need a smaller amount to feel satisfied. It also has a much creamier texture and taste!

Having said that, if you prefer the taste of low-fat or fat-free yoghurt, this will also be fine to have. Just be mindful that often low-fat or fat-free yoghurts will have added sugar or sweeteners to enhance the flavour.
