When buying yoghurt, there are two main things to look out for:
- Check the ingredients list to make sure there's no added sugar
- If possible, select the live or bio option. These descriptions may be on the packaging or the product might specify live cultures in the ingredients list.
We recommend you enjoy regular, full-fat yoghurt, as this will help you feel fuller for longer and you’ll need a smaller amount to feel satisfied.
Bio or live yoghurts have added probiotics (live cultures), which can help to keep your gut healthy.
