When you navigate to the Chat page in the app, you'll notice profile pictures of fellow group members. Beneath each profile picture, there are progress bars that visually represent members' weight loss journeys. These bars are colour-coded to indicate different stages in their progress:

  • Blue Bar: Signifies progress toward a weight loss goal.

  • Yellow/Orange Bar: Represents the member's current status within their maintenance weight goal range.

Weight Loss Goals

For those working toward a weight loss goal, the progress bar is displayed as follows:

  • A grey bar with a blue infill indicates ongoing efforts to reach a specific weight loss target.

  • A blue dot beneath the bar indicates that the member has successfully reached their weight loss goal.

  • If a member has a full blue bar without a dot, it means they have reached their goal but have not yet set a new one, so they will not see a dot until a new goal is established.

  • Conversely, if there is a grey bar with a dot, it signifies that the member has achieved their last goal but has not yet started making progress on their new goal.

Maintenance Goals

Members who have maintain goal will have a different progress bar:

  • A grey bar with a small orange/yellow infill shows that the member is focused on maintaining their weight loss.

  • The grey bar reflects the weight range that the member needs to stay within to maintain their progress.

  • The small orange bar moves along the grey bar, indicating how the member’s weight fluctuates within their maintenance range.
