Navigation bar overview
At the bottom of the screen in-app, you'll see the navigation bar with four icons:
Home
Track
Chat
Toolbox
Each icon directs you to a different section of the app:
Home: an overview of your goals, habits, progress, and stories
โTrack: check in on your weight loss progress, steps, and sleep data
โChat: access your group chat, communities, step leaderboard and speak to Customer Support
โToolbox: access all your learning articles, courses, food diaries, meal planners, journals, and recipes
Track
Here, you can access your weight, step, and sleep tracking data. You can toggle between these at the top of the page.
Weight
On the weight page you can:
Add a weight reading. See here for instructions
Delete a weight reading. See here for instructions
View your weigh-ins in line graph format to help you visualise your progress over the course of the programme
View your 'Progress': your current total weight loss and your goal weight
Edit your starting weight. See here for instructions
Steps
On the steps page you can:
Chat
The Chat page within the app allows you to access:
Your programme's peer support group chat. Find out more about group chat here
1-1 chat, where you can have a 1:1 conversation with your health coach. Please note some NHS programmes do not have private chat available.
Access to your 'Communities'.
