Delaying your next delivery
You can easily delay your next delivery by up to a week using the app. Here’s how:
Select the 'Medication' tab
Scroll down and select 'Change Delivery address or date'
Enter your preferred delivery date
Longer Pauses
If you need to pause your orders for a more extended period, our customer support team can help. Here are a few important points to consider:
Reduced Fee: During this time, a reduced fee for programme access will apply.
Restarting Medication: When you’re ready to resume, you may need to restart your medication from the lowest dose to ensure your body adjusts properly.
