Unfortunately, at this time, we don’t have a feature that allows you to delay your payments directly. However, there are a few important details regarding payment processing that you should be aware of.
Payment Grace Period
When a payment is due, we understand that situations can arise that may prevent it from being processed on the initial date. To accommodate this, we offer a grace period for payments. Here’s how it works:
Initial Payment Attempt: The payment will first be attempted on the scheduled payment date.
Reattempts: If the payment cannot be processed, we will reattempt to collect the payment for 12 consecutive days.
Account Status: If payment is still unsuccessful after the 12 days of reattempts, your account will be disabled. If your account is disabled, please get in touch with customer support, who will be happy to assist you.
