Unfortunately, once your delivery is in transit, we can't make any changes on our end.

Check Tracking:
Delivery is sometimes reattempted the next day, so check your tracking details to see if this applies.
If the Delivery is Returned:
If the medication is returned to the clinical team after failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you once it’s back and ready to be sent out again.
We will then arrange a redelivery on a suitable date for you.
