Unfortunately, once your delivery is in transit, we can't make any changes on our end.
Here’s what you can do (DPD):
Check Tracking:
Delivery is sometimes reattempted the next day, so check your tracking details to see if this applies.
If you download the DPD app, you can sometimes communicate with the drivers through this.
If the Delivery is returned to the clinical team:
If the medication is returned to the clinical team after failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you once it’s back and ready to be sent out again.
We will then arrange a redelivery on a suitable date for you.
It normally takes 3 days from when the order fails delivery to be returned and marked as ready for redelivery.
Here’s what you can do (Royal Mail):

Delivery is sometimes reattempted the next day, so check your tracking details to see if this applies.
Divert to a collection point:
You can also use your tracking number to divert your order to a local Royal Mail collection point. You can do this via the Royal Mail website.
