I missed my delivery, how do I rearrange this?

Unfortunately, once your delivery is in transit, we can't make any changes on our end.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check Tracking:

    • Delivery is sometimes reattempted the next day, so check your tracking details to see if this applies.

  2. If the Delivery is Returned:

    • If the medication is returned to the clinical team after failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you once it’s back and ready to be sent out again.

    • We will then arrange a redelivery on a suitable date for you.
