Updating your medication delivery date

If you’d like to adjust your medication delivery date, you can do so right from the Medication tab. Here’s how it works:

Changing your delivery date in the app

  1. Open the Second Nature app

  2. Select the Medication tab

  3. Scroll down and select Change Delivery Address or Date

  4. Choose your preferred delivery date and confirm your choice

Important Information

  • Upcoming order visibility: Your next order will appear in the app 5 days after your previous order is delivered.

  • Flexible delivery options:

    • You can set your delivery date to up to 1 week before or 1 week after your scheduled billing date.

    • If you opt for an early delivery date, you will be billed early - approximately 3 days before your selected delivery date.

  • Available delivery days: You can schedule your medication for delivery from Tuesday to Saturday. Unfortunately, Sunday and Monday deliveries aren’t available.
