Depending on the Second Nature programme you're signed up to, you may receive a recipe book and/or bluetooth scales in the post, free of charge. This is part of your programme and you'll automatically receive these! If you're unsure as to whether you should receive anything in the post, just ask our support team!
I'm starting the NHS-referred programme - what will I receive?
We have a variety of different NHS-referred programmes, some of which you'll receive a recipe book and scales, whereas some are a digital-only programme. You'll have been told during the sign-up process if you should expect a package delivery.
If you're unsure as to whether you should receive anything in the post, just ask our support team!
I'm starting the Vitality-referred programme - what will I receive?
Upon joining the Vitality-referred programme, you'll receive:
Second Nature recipe book
Bluetooth weighing scales
These will be delivered before your programme start date.
I'm starting the consumer non-medication supported programme - what will I receive?
Upon joining the non-medication supported programme, you'll receive:
Second Nature recipe book
Bluetooth weighing scales (*only if you selected to purchase these when you signed up)
These will be delivered before your programme start date.
I'm starting the medication supported programme - what will I receive?
Upon joining the medication-supported programme, you'll receive two separate packages:
First medication and sharps bin
Second Nature recipe book and bluetooth weighing scales
These will be delivered before your programme start date.
When will I receive my package?
Packages are dispatched the week before your start date and are typically delivered between Wednesday and Saturday before your Monday start date.
For example, if you signed up to start your Core programme on Monday, the 27th of April, you can expect to receive your package by Saturday, the 24th of April.
How can I track my package?
Once your package has been posted on a 48 hour delivery service, you'll receive a dispatch email to the email address you used to sign up to Second Nature.
The email will contain a link that allows you to track the status of your package.
If you can't locate the email, please double check your spam or junk folders, or other email accounts you may have used to register for the Second Nature programme.
I haven't received my package yet?
If you haven't received your package and your programme has already started, please speak with our customer support team who will be able to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible!
I thought I would receive an activity tracker?
Activity trackers are no longer provided as part of the Second Nature programme. Instead, you can connect Apple Health or Google Fit to your Second Nature app to sync your steps.
