How do I cancel?
To cancel, please follow the steps below.
If you downloaded the app:
Open the Second Nature app
From the Today page, select the Profile icon on the top right
Select 'Settings' on the top right
Select 'Manage my subscription' under 'General'
Scroll down to 'Cancel my subscription'
From here, you will need to complete several sections to submit your cancellation
How to cancel if you're on our medicated-supported programme
If you're on our medicated-supported programme and you wish to cancel your subscription and medication, you must follow the below steps to do so. Your account can't be cancelled via email or phone.
Open the Second Nature app
From the Today page, select the Profile icon on the top right

Select 'Manage my subscription' under 'General'
Scroll down to 'Cancel my subscription'
From here, you will need to complete several sections to submit your cancellation
Please note the medication-supported programme doesn't include a trial period, as per our terms and conditions here
Cancelling before your 14-day trial period
If you're cancelling before your 14-day trial period starts, we can process your cancellation and a full refund.
Please note your subscription will deactivate as soon as your cancellation is actioned. There will be no further charges on your account.
Cancelling during the 14-day trial period
Your 14-day trial period begins from your Monday programme start date and ends 14-days thereafter. During the time between your sign-up and the end of your trial period, if you find our programme isn't for you, you can cancel your subscription.
Please note your subscription will deactivate as soon as your cancellation is actioned. There will be no further charges on your account.
Cancelling after your 14-day trial period
If your 14-day trial has passed, you can cancel anytime.
Cancellations will only take effect at the end of your selected billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually), and you will still be able to access Second Nature until then. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods.
Can I freeze my subscription?
Due to the structure of the programme, we’re unable to freeze or pause subscriptions. If you are unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, please speak with our Customer Support team.
Programme access after cancellation
You'll continue to be able to:
Read articles unlocked so far (only for completed programme phases)
Track your weight, activity, and habits
Create food diaries
Create journal entries
Access a limited number of recipes (75 recipes)
Create meal plans (using personal recipes or limited in-app recipes)
Access the Exercise toolbox
However, you’ll lose access to the following:
The opportunity to unlock any further articles
Full recipe selection and new recipes
Your peer support group
Contact with our health coaches
Group chat conversation history
