This feature is available to edit from Week 0 of the programme. To edit your weekly steps goal, go to the 'Today' page in app and select 'Edit step goal' to the right of 'Weekly steps summary':
There are three different options you can choose from:
You can manually set your own weekly steps goal, by clicking on the ‘+’ and ‘-’ icons to adjust the goal
You can choose for your steps goal to be set automatically each week depending on the steps completed in your previous week. You can do this by selecting ‘I want my steps goal to set automatically every week’
You can also choose to not have a steps goal, by selecting ‘I don’t want to have a steps goal’
Once you've chosen your preference, click ‘Set goal’.
