  1. Open the Apple Health app

  2. Select the 'Browse' icon from the toolbar on the bottom right

Please keep in mind - if you record sleep data from Tuesday night to Wednesday morning in Apple Health, the entry will show up as Wednesday's sleep. When this same sleep data is transferred to your Second Nature account, it will appear as Tuesday's sleep.

Note: Sleep data will only sync from Apple Health to your Second Nature account if the sleep data is manually entered into Apple Health. If sleep data is added to Apple Health from an external source, such as an Apple Watch, the sleep data won't sync. Enter sleep data manually to Apple Health to ensure the sleep data syncs through to your Second Nature account.
