While the Second Nature app can't sync data directly from your personal activity tracker, you can still sync your data by first syncing it with Apple Health or Google Fit, depending on whether you have an iOS or Android device.

Note: Some trackers require a third-party app, such as Sync Solver, Power Sync or FitToFit, to enable data sharing with Apple Health or Google Fit.

Manual Step Entry

If you prefer, you can also enter your steps manually into the app. Here's how:

  1. Press the Track icon from the bottom toolbar in the app

  2. Press the Steps heading

  3. Press Add steps manually

  4. Enter the number of steps

  5. Tap on the blue date and use the wheels at the bottom of the screen to select the correct date, then press Confirm

  6. Press Add
