Step 2: Check Apple Health permissions
Open the Health app on your iPhone

Step 3: Connect Apple Health to Second Nature

Troubleshooting
My Garmin data isn't appearing in Second Nature
Please check the following:
Garmin Connect is connected to Apple Health
Garmin Connect has permission to write the relevant data to Apple Health
Apple Health contains recent activity data
Second Nature has permission to read data from Apple Health
You've opened both the Garmin Connect and Apple Health apps recently to allow them to sync
My steps aren't syncing
If your steps aren't appearing:
Open Apple Health and check whether step data is visible there
If steps aren't showing in Apple Health, the issue is likely between Garmin Connect and Apple Health
If steps are visible in Apple Health but not in Second Nature, check that Second Nature has permission to read Steps from Apple Health
The wrong data is syncing to Second Nature
If the incorrect data is appearing, check that the correct source is being prioritised in Apple Health:
Open Apple Health
Select 'Show All Health Data'
Select 'Steps'
Scroll down and select 'Data Sources & Access'
Select 'Edit' in top right corner
See if your Garmin watch appears there and tap and hold the three horizontal lines to drag to the top of your list
If you've checked all of the above and your data still isn't syncing, please contact the Customer Support team at support@secondnature.io with details of your device, iOS version, and which data isn't syncing so we can investigate further.
