If you're having trouble accessing your account on the Second Nature app, it could be that you're not logged in correctly. Follow these instructions to access your account:
Log out of the app:
Open the Second Nature app
Tap the Today icon (located at the bottom left)
Tap the person icon (usually in the top right corner)
Select Settings (also located at the top right corner)
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Logout
Then log back in:
Tap I already have an account on the login screen
Select Email as your login method (avoid using Google or Apple login options for this process).
Enter your email address and tap Next.
Choose I’ll sign in with a password and enter your password. - If you don’t remember your password, tap Forgot password? to reset it.
Ensure the email address and password entered during login match the ones associated with your account.
If you have trouble remembering your password, use the Forgot password? option to reset it easily.
