If you're having trouble accessing your account on the Second Nature app, it could be that you're not logged in correctly. Follow these instructions to access your account:

Log out of the app:

1) Go to "home" (the first icon on the bottom bar)
2) "Go to profile" (top right)
3) Go to "Settings"
4) Scroll down to the bottom and press "logout"

Then log back in:

1) Choose " I already have an account"
2) Choose "email" (do not use the google or apple log in options)
3) Enter your email address
4) Choose "I'll sign in with a password"
5) Enter your password. If you do not remember your password you can choose "Forgot password?" and this will email you a link to reset it.
