In addition to the Second Nature app, you can also access your account by logging in through the Second Nature website. This is a great alternative if you prefer a bigger screen or are intermittently experiencing any issues with the app. Please note: there are some differences between the mobile app and the web app.
To access the web app, please visit the Second Nature website here: https://www.secondnature.io/signin. You can access your account by entering the email address and password you created when signing up to Second Nature. You will then be taken to your web dashboard. Please note that the first time you log in to the web app, you will be asked to complete the onboarding process again including a bio. Once completed, you will be taken to your account.
What can I do within the web app?
Manually Entering Data
On the homepage, you will see your weekly goals above your progress graph for weight, steps and sleep. If you have manual step and manual weight entry enabled on your account, you will see a field below the graph, which will allow you to enter your steps or weight, along with the date recorded.
You can delete a weight or steps reading by selecting View Readings at the top right hand of the graph, and clicking on the X beside the weight entry.
Please note: you are unable to add or remove any sleep readings on both the web app and the mobile app.
You will have access to all of the learn articles that feature on the Core programme.
Meal recommendations are listed under the Learn section, for both Reset and Restore. Please note, the recipes are not listed on the web app. You can find the Second Nature recipes in the printed recipe book, or in the mobile app under the recipe section.
On the web app, you have full access to the group chat.
What's not included on the web app
There are a few tools that can ONLY be found on the Second Nature mobile app, which include:
- Full recipe guide
- The app's Toolbox
- Syncing ability for the bluetooth tracker and scales
- Activity feed
