Accessing the Website
Go to our website login page
Enter your email address
3. Choose to log in using your password or a magic link sent to your email:
4. Once logged in, you'll land on your 'Today' page:
Today Page:
View your daily Focus, habits, and weekly goals at the bottom of the page.
Track page:
View your weight, steps and sleep graphs
Adding Weight Data:
Click 'Add weight manually'
Enter your weight, date, and time
Click 'Add'
Deleting Weight or Step Data:
Click 'View all data' on the right-hand side of the 'My Progress' section.
Click the arrow next to the weight entry.
Select 'Delete weight reading'.
(Note: The same steps apply for adding or deleting steps or sleep data. Just switch to the Steps or Sleep tabs at the top of the graph)
Chat page:
Click the 'Chat' tab at the bottom of the screen to:
Access your peer support group chat
View communities
Access the steps leaderboard

Toolbox page:
Access your Programme articles by clicking the 'Toolbox' tab at the bottom of the screen
Here you can also access the Recipes, Meal planner, Journal and Food diary tools
